School of Accountancy
The School of Accountancy at Georgia Southern University is fully accredited by AACSB International, and offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Accounting.
The Department of Economics offers B.B.A. degrees in economics, regional economic development and international business, and a B.A. and minors in economics and regional economic development for non-business majors. The Department of Economics also offers a Master of Science in Applied Economics.
The Department of Finance offers a B.B.A. degree in finance.
Information Systems (IS) is first and foremost a business degree. This degree program prepares graduates to increase business agility and competitiveness through the application of Information Technology (IT). IS students gain a solid foundation in business and become computer-savvy through hands-on experience with the latest technologies.
Logistics and Supply Chain Management
The Department of Logistics and Supply Chain Management offers a bachelor of business administration (BBA) degrees majoring in logistics and intermodal transportation as well as a major in management with an emphasis in operations management.
The Department of Management primary degree offering is the B.B.A. degree in Management (without emphasis). The Department also offers three specialty emphasis areas within the Management degree: Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Hospitality, and Human Resource Management. These specialty emphases prepare students for specific roles in business settings, from owning their own business, to operating hotels and restaurants, to understanding the value of Human Resources.
The Department of Marketing offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees in the areas of marketing. Our degree programs provide students with the problem-solving skills and versatile knowledge base needed to manage and lead the modern organization.
The Office of Graduate Programs offers an MBA degree, online MBA degree, MAcc, WebMAcc, MSAE and a Ph.D. in Logistics.
