Biography
John N. Harris, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of Management at Georgia Southern University. He received his Ph.D. from Florida State University in 2017 and joined the faculty at Georgia Southern University later that year. His research interests include leadership, organizational politics, relationships at work, social effectiveness, and reputation. His research has been published in several outlets, including Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies, and Journal of Business and Psychology. He presently teaches undergraduate course in principles of management and organizational behavior, as well as having taught leadership and cross-cultural management at the undergraduate level. He is a member of the Academy of Management and the Southern Management Association.
